The Exotic Dreams Resort may also be referred to and or known here-in and throughout this document and elsewhere as; The Hotel, EDRH, EDR Hotel / Management / Services, EDR Hotel Member Services, EDRH Club Management, EDR Management, EDRH Management, EDRH Promotions, EDR Promotional Services, 'We or Us' and ‘You and Us’.
Exotic Dreams Resort Hotel is a public resort open to all 21+ Adults that have made a reservation through our ‘reservations portal’ on our website, or through one of the other booking platforms that are available to the public. Edr also has a Loyalty Program that offers 'Loyalty Rewards Points' to guests when they use our website to book their reservations.
Guest Code of Conduct:
Updated Policy Effective 12-1-24: Clothing is required at all times and in all public (outdoor) areas of the resort. The only exception to the ‘clothing required’ at all times policy is for ‘closed-private’ resort events such as resort take-overs. Also, all guests are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner to each other and staff members at all times.
Privacy/Data Collection Policy:
Exotic Dreams Resort Hotel does not sell or trade your private information to third parties for profit at any time. EDR Hotel 'does' collect a certain limited amount of your private information as in we are required by law to do so. For example, EDR needs to know the legal identity/s of whoever is using our resort facilities, website and app. The Resort is responsible for setting certain Rules and Guidelines for clientele eligibility, such as the minimum age of guests which is set at 21 years or older. We share certain limited personal information with EDR authorized only affiliates, partners and approved 3rd party associates when it is necessary to share this information to successfully manage the EDR Hotel. For example, it is necessary to share your information with our hotel booking engine service provider, and we also share your name and email address with EDR Hotel's email distribution service provider and other EDR affiliate providers whose paid and legal responsibility it is to 'securely' and accurately distribute and disseminate a guests reservation information to that guest ‘electronically’ about their reservation, and to inquiring parties regarding our products and services. There is an ‘opt-out’ option available to you on our home page and other places throughout the website. If you decide to ‘opt out’ of communications, the resort will no longer be able to communicate with you including through email, the resorts business telephone or via text messaging options between you and the hotel.
When you 'sign-up' to our site*:
The Exotic Dreams Resort Hotel offers it members that signed-up to our website a 'My Rewards' members tab, located from the Members drop-down menu located in the upper right header area and accessible from all of the website pages. This is where you can check your 'Loyalty Bonus Points' you've earned that can be used to cash in for Loyalty Rewards offered. *See the 'Loyalty Program' tab for more information on rewards that can be used from points.

(Guest Reservation Acceptance of Terms & Conditions - when you make a reservation to the resort, this documentation appears on your stay reservation folio and You agree with all of the following conditions):
COVID 19 disclaimer: You acknowledge and agree that by staying at the resort, you voluntarily assume any and all health risks related to the possibility of exposure to the Covid-19 virus. You further agree that you shall not ever hold or claim liability of responsibility against Exotic Dreams Resort including its owners, employees or vendors in any way now or in the future.
Deposit Policy: For Peak Season (April - September), all reservation deposit payments are non-refundable. Single night reservation payments are paid in full and collected at the time the guest places the reservation. Multiple night reservations require a 50% deposit paid in advance at the time you make your reservation and the balance is to be paid in full at the time of your arrival for Check-in. Final payment may also be made 'prior' to your arrival with your verbal consent and arranged in advance with the front desk. (*This final payment in advance method is common and useful for 'Virtual Check-ins'.)
Cancellation/Deposit/No-show Room Policy: Cancellations/Amendments made less than 7 days prior to the check in date will result in a $100 cancellation fee and the balance applied towards a future stay as a credit. Full refunds will be issued when a guest notification of a cancellation/amendment is 7 or more days out from the check in date.
Cancellation of Reserved Events: Event tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable. With a 24hrs notice prior to the event date, an event ticket can be moved to a future date with the notification to and approval by the front desk.
AMEX Cancellations/Refunds: All (American Express Card) cancellations of reservations that involve a refund back to an American Express Card will be charged a 3.25% fee.
Check in/Check out Policy: Couples on the same reservation must check in and check out of the resort together.
Self Check in Only: Check in time is 3pm. *Virtual Check-ins is available when reservations have been paid in full, in advance of arrival.
Checking out: Check out time is 11am. Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and must be approved in advance with the desk and may incur an additional fee for a late check out.
Failure to check in: Any room not occupied by 2200 hours will be considered a No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made. In the event of a No Show, the total cost of the stay will be billed to your credit card.
All Rooms, Pools & Jacuzzi Areas are Non-Smoking: Smoking is limited to a ‘designated smoking area’ of the resort only. In addition, if smoke damage is discovered in your room after you check out, a $200.00 fine will be charged to your credit card on file.
Notice to Guests: This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Management shall not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. The management is not responsible for any item(s) which are left in the room.
++You AGREE that your liability for your room, event charges or resort property damage caused by You are not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person or company fail to pay for any part or full amount of the charges indicated including any missing/damaged room/property items, etc. You agree that if an attorney is retained to collect these charges, you will pay all reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred. If payment to EDR is to be made by credit card, EDR is authorized to charge your credit card on file for all charges incurred, including any and all damages/missing items, etc.++
+++Guest/s Acceptance of the above terms and conditions: You understand and agree that by making a reservation on this booking engine or any other booking platform associated with the Exotic Dreams Resort Hotel, You agree with all of the resorts conditions and policies. You also agree that You are legally responsible for all charges of the reservation costs involved and that by making a reservation You are 'Authorizing' EDR Hotel to charge your credit card on file for your reservation costs and related charges incurred in the reservation itself.+++
